Privacy policy

This explains how Wren & Kiln handles your personal information. We’re the data controller for the data you give us.

What we collect

Your email address, if you join a waitlist or place an order, plus order and delivery details when you buy. We never see or store your card details — payments are handled by Stripe.

Why, and our lawful basis

To fulfil and deliver your order (to perform our contract with you), and to email you about a drop or workshop you asked to hear about (your consent — unsubscribe any time via the link in every email).

Who we share it with

Stripe (to take payment), Royal Mail (to deliver), and our email provider (to send order and waitlist emails). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as we’re legally required to (tax records: 6 years). Waitlist emails until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to stop marketing emails — email [email protected]. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
