We want you to be happy with what you buy from Wren & Kiln. This sits alongside your legal rights and doesn’t replace them.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

For ready-made pieces bought online you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email [email protected] within that window and you then have 14 days to return the item. We refund within 14 days of getting it back.

Commissions & made-to-order

Pieces we make to order or personalise for you are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right, as the regulations allow — we’ll always confirm this before we start.

Faulty or damaged

Pottery travels well but not always. If something arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll repair, replace or refund it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return postage

Unless a piece is faulty, you cover return postage. Please wrap ceramics carefully. Email [email protected] and we’ll tell you where to send it.
