These terms apply to everything you buy from Wren & Kiln.

Ordering

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if a piece is damaged in the kiln) and will refund you in full if we do.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in pounds and are not subject to VAT — we are not VAT registered. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK, tracked. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched once fired and cured. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation & returns

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Returns & refunds policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
